Policies
Booking Appointments:
Credit card information is required when booking services in order to reserve your appointment. The card will not be charged until the completion of your service(s). Creating Beauty Co. reserves the right to charge the card on file in accordance to the policies listed.
**If a no-show or late cancellation occurs and the card on file is declined, payment will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment**
Cancellation Policy:
I value your time in my chair and hope you value mine as well. If you book an appointment and cancel within 48 hours prior, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to service, no show, or late arrivals resulting in rescheduling your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Consultation Policy:
In order to book a consultation you will be required to put a card on file. Consultations are free, but in the event of a no-show/late arrival, or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance occurs, your card on file will be charged a $25 fee for time lost.
Adjustment Policy:
My goal is for everyone to leave my chair feeling beautiful and loving their hair! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the end result, please reach out! I allow up to one week after initial services to make any tweaks to the cut or color.
**Please note, that I do not offer refunds on extension hair.**
